Yuzu Crème Brulees
Ingredients
For the creme brulee filling
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 yuzu, zested and pureed to get about 1/3 cup pulp and juice
For the sugar crust
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup granulated sugar
