Ingredients
Flaky pie crust with walnuts
- 2 deciliters all purpose flour
- 1 deciliters ground walnuts (can be replaced with flour)
- 125 grams butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Caramel Sauce
- 2 deciliters sugar
- 125 grams butter
- 150 militers heavy cream
Chocolate Ganache
- 1 deciliter heavy cream
- 100 grams chocolate 70% (chips or chopped)
