Strawberry Rhubarb Mini, But Not Too Mini, Pies
Ingredients
- 1 pie dough recipe
- 4 ounce (1/2 cup) sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pound (about 3 or 4) rhubarb stalks
- 2 pints strawberries
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Zest from 2 lemons
- 1 egg for an egg wash
- Extra sugar for the top of the pie
