Peach and Blackberry Bread Pudding
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds bread (about 1-2 loafs)
- 4 ounces butter (1 stick), melted
- 1 large peach, chopped
- 1 cup blackberries Custard
- 4 ounces butter (1 stick), softened
- 3 ounces brown sugar
- 3 ounces granulated sugar
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/4 cup good dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1 cup cream
Streusel Topping
- 2 ounces brown sugar
- 2 ounces white sugar
- 4 ounces cold butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 ounces flour
Whipped Cream Rum Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup good dark rum
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
