Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella and Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
For the cupcakes:
- 5 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup honey or light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground coffee
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons superfine sweet rice flour
- 1/4 cup millet flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch (or use tapioca flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Nutella Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ounces Nutella
