- 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- For the caramel sauce, optional
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons cream
- Squirt lemon juice, to taste
