Mayan Mudslide Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I used dark cocoa)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground sea salt + 1/8 teaspoon
- 1 large avocado from Mexico, peeled, pitted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup finely chopped lightly salted cashews
- 1/3 cup shaved sweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup canned dulce de leche
