- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract (you can sub vanilla)
- 2 1/2 tablespoon buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Filling
- 6 tablespoon marshmallow fluff
Frosting
- 2 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoon butter, softened
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Garnish
- Mini marshmallows
- Colored sugar sprinkles
- Colored jimmie sprinkles
