Key Lime Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup key lime juice
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Frosting
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 – 16 ounce boxes confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup key lime juice (optional)
- Green food coloring (optional for color)
Whipped Cream
- 16 ounce . heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
