Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks, 3/4 inch thick and about 6 ounces each
- Japanese Marinade
- Salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar
