Ingredients

• 1 cup short grain rice
• 1 cup water
• 1 can coconut milk (14 ounces)
• 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
• 6 large eggs
• 20 small figs (more if necessary to cover surface of cake, mine were really tiny)
