Cranberry Orange Rhubarb Popsicles
Ingredients
- about 12 ounce rhubarb pulp (leftover from 2 pound of stewed rhubarb, drained for juice)
- 8 ounces (1 cup) orange juice
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoon fine-grain sugar (organic evaporated cane juice)
- 2 tablespoon tequila
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup organic cranberries
