Ingredients

  • 3 dozen littleneck clams
  • 4 ounces bacon slices, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped (about 1 1/3 cups)
  • Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 12 ounces baby potatoes
  • 3 ears corn
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped flat Italian parsley
