Ingredients
- 3 dozen littleneck clams
- 4 ounces bacon slices, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped (about 1 1/3 cups)
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 12 ounces baby potatoes
- 3 ears corn
- 3/4 cup finely chopped flat Italian parsley
