Blueberry Stuffed Egg Nog French Toast
Ingredients
- 5 whole eggs
- 1-¼ cup egg nog
- ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons nutmeg
- 3 whole pats of butter
- 1 loaf texas toast, sliced in thick slices
- 8 ounces, weight cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- Optional garnishes: powdered sugar and syrup
