Blueberry-Cream Cheese Pie with Shortbread Crust
Ingredients
For the crust
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
For the cream cheese filling
- 1 eight ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c freshly squeezed lemon juice
For the blueberry topping
- 3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
