Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks (8 ounce) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 cup buttermilk
