Banana, Butterscotch and Hazelnut Cookie Crisps
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1 egg white
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
(about 1/3 cup) - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Chocolate-Hazelnut Filling
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
- 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2-4 tablespoon powdered sugar (to taste)
- 1-3 teaspoon milk
