Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pound center-cut pork loin fillet
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 8 slices center-cut bacon
- 16 green onions
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 16 ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
