- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup currants
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup arugula
