Ingredients

Flaky pie crust with walnuts

  • 2 deciliters all purpose flour
  • 1 deciliters ground walnuts (can be replaced with flour)
  • 125 grams butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Caramel Sauce

  • 2 deciliters sugar
  • 125 grams butter
  • 150 militers heavy cream

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 deciliter heavy cream
  • 100 grams chocolate 70% (chips or chopped)
