Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon of black or red quinoa (uncooked)
- 5 shelled, raw, unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 5 raw, unsalted almonds, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest
- French Gray Sea Salt, to taste
- Fruity olive oil
- Honey
