Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks, 3/4 inch thick and about 6 ounces each
  • Japanese Marinade
  • Salt and pepper

Marinade

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
