- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/4 ounce pear eau de vie
- Pear foam
- Cinnamon for garnish
- Pear slice for garnish

- 7 ounces pear nectar
- 3 ounces St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 2 1/2 ounces egg whites
- Whipped cream canister with 2 nitrous oxide cartridges
