  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh sage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 12 small fresh sage leaves (optional)
