White Chocolate and Lemon Souffles
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup (175ml) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon zest
- 6 ounces (180gr) white chocolate, finely chopped
- 5 large eggs, separated, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted butter for the ramekins
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar and extra for the ramekins
