Ingredients
For the Cake
- 2 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups blueberries
For the Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, very soft
