- 2 large green onions, chopped into 2-3 pieces

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Meatballs
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 10 ounce can enchilada sauce
