Blueberry Rhubarb Deep Dish Pie
Ingredients
For pastry
- 2 cups all pupose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cups butter, cold
- 6-7 tablespoons ice cold water
For filling
- 12 ounces rhubarb, chopped into small, 1/2″ chunks
- 1 pound blueberries
- Freshly grated zest of 1 orange
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream, and more for serving
- Turbinado sugar
