For pancakes
- 8 ounces extra ripe bananas (~2 medium-sized bananas)
- 8 ounces milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dry roasted, unsalted macadamia nuts
