White Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse
Ingredients
For the mousse:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 ouncse mascarpone (can sub cream cheese)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
For the cocoa nib shortbread:
- 1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup millet flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa nibs
