Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup small to medium sage leaves, plus 36 small leaves, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- Kosher salt
- Rock salt, for serving
- 3 dozen medium oysters, scrubbed
