- 5-7 medjool dates, pitted and diced
- 3 large sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
