Blueberry Key Lime Tea Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups Jeanne’s gluten free flour mix (or cake flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Zest and juice of 6 Key limes (or 1 lime)
- 1 cup (2 sticks – 8 ounce) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cups coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups blueberries
