Ingredients
Topping
- 3/4 cup whole white wheat flour
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- A dash of freshly ground pepper
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling
- 1 1/2 pound blueberries
- Zest & juice of 1 small lemon
- About 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 tablespoon Chambord or other berry liqueur (optional)
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoon sugar
