Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccolini, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar (sub red vinegar)
- 1/4 cup marcona almonds (or use toasted, sliced almonds)
