- 10 ounces fresh italian/english sausage
- 4 ounces flour
- Frying oil as needed
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion, very finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
