Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (optional)
