Whiskey Marshmallow and Caramel Bacon Bark

Ingredients 

16 ounce of semi-sweet chocolate

  • 4 cups of mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup whiskey
  • 1 cup caramel (recipe follows)
  • 1 cup of spiced bacon crumble (recipe follows)

Bacon Crumble

  • 16 ounces bacon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Caramel Filling

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 7 tablespoons heavy cream
