Ingredients

• 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 3-4 tablespoons good quality seedless blackberry preserves
• Equal parts cocoa powder and confectioners’ sugar, for dusting (I prefer Dutch-process cocoa)
